Our counters were installe done week ago. They look awesome. We have received all of our final inspections. Yeah! Today the seeded, laid straw and “tacked” our yard. I cleaned…unfortunately I have so much more cleaning to do!!!

Counters…and all our finals!!

Electric final and hvac final complete, plumbing final Tuesday after counters are installed. Final grading done by tomorrow…winding down the home stretch! (literally). We finished the hardwoods completely, so all the flooring is done on the first floor except for my closet, which gets carpet. Pictures are back porch, kitchen looking towards the front of the house, kitchen looking east, master bedroom, master tub area, laundry room looking into bathroom, study. The paint colors are off in the photos due to the flash…and everything is covered in saw dust from the floors, but a little elbow grease and trim, and we will be in.
